Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across diverse industries within India.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and competitive.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure new business and strategic partnerships.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the system integration industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and ability to network effectively within it.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willing to follow Indonesia working timezone (GMT+7).
- No health insurance benefit, all included in remuneration.
- Candidates must have experience in system integration organizations.
