Sales Lead - Solutions - eCommerce

Looking for Sales Lead (US Residents) for a leading global professional services company specializing in the delivery of high quality solutions to its customers. Organization is headquartered in New Jersey & development centre in Mumbai.

Job Description:

1. Explore and develop new business opportunities in the US market.

2. Proficiently use business databases such as Hoovers and other web business directories and identify leads.

3. Develop client relations and acquire new business

4. Research and identify prospective clients.

5. Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.

6. Create and manage material for marketing and sales

7. Complete and deliver proposals and RFPs

8. Negotiate contract rates

9. Develop a growing understanding of our technology, and keep up with industry developments

10. Attending area trade shows and industry events

11. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads / prospects. Manage the pipeline, metrics, and
forecasts and drive sales numbers

Candidate Profile

1. Must have held senior sales position with 5-7 years of experience in solution selling in the e commerce
space. Experience in the e commerce domain is mandatory. ATG related experience will be a definite
advantage

2. Must have Technology sales (consulting, software, solutions) experience

3. Have strong passion for Sales

4. Have complete understanding of sales cycle and sales closing skills

5. Target Oriented & must be comfortable in International client interface. Must have exposure to international
business, especially in the US

6. Be willing for extensive travel

7. Have extensive knowledge in lead generation and hunting roles

8. Should be familiar with business processing outsourcing space. Must have strong appreciation of technology

9. Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Education (Mandatory)

1. UG - Any Graduate AND PG - MBA/PGDM - Information Technology
