Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager and Team Lead
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad
Company: Alternative Asset Management Platform with over 10,000 crores of AUM, they are an innovative platform focused on providing differentiated investment products for HNIs, UHNIs and Family Office clients. With a strong emphasis on digital lead generation and technology-driven solutions, they aim to offer clients exclusive, cutting-edge investment opportunities. They are expanding the team and looking to hire highly experienced Relationship Managers who will be responsible for managing and growing their clients' investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage High-Value Investment Portfolios:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their financial goals and delivering solutions that align with their objectives.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients, leveraging your extensive network and their digital lead generation capabilities to expand the client base.
- Digital & Tech-Driven Solutions: Leverage technology platforms and digital tools to enhance client engagement, improve operational efficiency, and deliver personalized insights and reporting to clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (including product, investment, research, and support) to create tailored investment solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related fields, with a strong focus on managing large portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of managing an investment book of at least - 200 crores in an individual capacity in your current role. (Candidates managing a book of - 500 crores or more will be offered higher compensation based on their existing book size.)
- Strong Knowledge of Alternative Assets: Deep understanding of alternative asset classes such as AIF and PMS.
- Client Relationship Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital wealth management tools, platforms, and technologies that enable personalized, data-driven investment advice and client servicing.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex investment concepts to clients.
- Educational Qualifications: A post-graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution is highly preferred. Additional certifications like CA, CFA, CFP, or related qualifications will be an advantage.
- Proven Business Development Skills: Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities independently, coupled with a strong network of clients in the HNI/UHNI segment.
