- The individual contributor role is dedicated for ultra/uber luxury residential project/s of a leading real estate developer
- Responsible for achieving the sales target set for his/her respective site/ project.
- Ideate and participate in marketing/business development activities for the product segment
- Enhance customer experience to a level that they become brand ambassadors and influencers in future
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand business environment, target segment and dynamics of ultra/uber luxury residential properties in Pune, especially to leverage opportunities and overcome challenges
- Analyze profile of UHNI/HNI customers - like turnover of the business/ if employed the name of the organization, designation held etc. and segment the prospects accordingly
- Develop and manage relationships with NRI/UHNI/HNI clients and drive customer referrals with an emphasis on target segment
- Establish standard parameters that the organization will follow while communicating with the customers
- Devise & execute innovative marketing/business development techniques for tapping new customers and selling high ticket size luxury apartments in a very competitive market
- Communicate accurate information to the prospect/lead/customer during the site visit and ensure a pleasant and delightful experience.
- Inform the Sales Lead about the prospect intending the corporate/ bulk deal
- Arrange presentations to clients about the project, flat layout, availability of flats etc. and ensure prospect/lead/customer engagement during the sales lifecycle
- Understand requirement of the prospects/customer and have clarity on the customization and revised pricing details to close the deals
- Prepare the payment schedule and give to the customer as per standard policy for the project Site visit plan
- Work with different channels for BTL activities to generate leads
- Undertake events, marketing activities planned in collaboration with Marketing and Communication department
Education and Experience
- Master in Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM with Marketing/Sales/International business specialization from reputed university
- Minimum of 5 years of exp. in ultra/uber luxury segment Residential Sales/dealing with NRI/UHNI/HNI clients and influencers
Competencies and Skills
- Positive approach and optimistic person with a pleasing personality
- Good interpersonal and customer facing skills, able to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurized environment
- Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority
