Lead - International Desk for Residential Services (Luxury)
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 8 to 15 years
Must have:
- Experience with Real Estate Markets and Sales with EMEA
- Ability to approach prospective clients.
- Previous experience of dealing with HNI/UHNI is a plus.
Qualities and Position Description:
- Self-motivated, self-starter and curious to understand product portfolio/assets across target countries.
- Candidate will be required to understand buying behavior of customers pertaining to all three RE markets.
- Moreover, he/she will possess ability to pass information to customers effectively and be persuasive to ensure sales.
- Ability to define real estate products specific target market and work along marketing department to devise and implement go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to create and nurture channel partner & client relationships with an objective to develop long term relationships and ensuring repeat sales and referral sales.
- Be diligent and extremely professional with no lag time in responding to customer/ channel partner/internal team queries.
- To plan and decide key events to participate in, which will help generate leads.
- To work closely with marketing team to plan, organize/ participate in International Exhibitions whether project, theme, or location specific.
- Proactive in looking for potential buyers and ability to approach prospective clients and showcase the best products and services offered by the organization.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices in EMEA
