Job Title: Founding Google Cloud Sales Leader.
Location: Sector 63, Noida.
Shift: UK Shift (1 PM - 10 PM).
Overview:
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and results-focused sales leader to spearhead our Google Cloud business.
As the founding member of our Google Cloud Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in taking Google Cloud, Compute Engine, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace solutions to market.
This is more than a sales role-it's an opportunity to create, build, and lead a thriving cloud business.
With time, as success follows, you will have the chance to hire, mentor, and scale your own sales and pre-sales team, making this a high-impact leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Leadership & Business Development:
- Define and execute the market penetration strategy for Google Cloud solutions.
- Identify, target, and acquire mid-market & enterprise clients for Compute Engine, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Workspace.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted cloud advisor, translating customer challenges into scalable Google Cloud solutions.
- Conduct high-impact presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to drive business adoption.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Ownership of Revenue & Growth Strategy:
- Establish and achieve revenue targets, building a sustainable and scalable Google Cloud business.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Google Cloud ecosystem players, including ISVs, system integrators, and distributors.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, and emerging cloud technologies.
Future Leadership & Team Expansion:
- As the business grows, hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales and pre-sales team.
- Develop and implement a scalable sales framework and best practices.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, customer success, and cloud innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Google Cloud Sales Expertise - A track record of successfully selling Google Cloud solutions and closing high-value deals.
- Entrepreneurial Hustler Mindset - A self-starter who thrives on building from scratch and turning vision into reality.
- Consultative Sales Approach - Ability to engage C-level executives and IT leaders, aligning Google Cloud solutions with business goals.
- Growth-Oriented & Leadership-Ready - Someone eager to scale a business unit and lead a team in the near future.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills - Ability to position Google Cloud solutions compellingly and drive decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience & Mindset:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or cloud solutions sales-education is secondary to experience and drive.
- Experience selling workflow automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- A hustler mentality, someone who thrives on challenges, takes initiative, and gets things done.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, process automation, and cloud adoption.
- Strong ability to connect with decision-makers, sell value-driven solutions, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Google Cloud Sales Credential.
AppSheet Solution Architect Certification (if available).
