About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to join our growing consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be proficient in generating quality leads, possess basic graphic design capabilities, and demonstrate strong copywriting skills to effectively engage potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, research, and generate new leads to expand our client base.


- Create compelling copy for marketing campaigns, email outreach, social media posts, and other promotional materials.


- Utilize basic graphic design skills to produce visually engaging presentations and marketing content.


- Regularly track, analyze, and report on lead generation efforts and sales performance.


- Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align strategies and optimize outreach.


Required Skills:


- Proven track record in lead generation with at least 2 years of experience.


- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.


- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).


- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


- Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work independently and remotely.


Preferred Qualities:


- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.


- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).


- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
