Sales Lead - B2B Sales (BFSI only)
Role - Sales Lead – Demand Generation Asia Pacific and Middle East Inside Sales Representative
Experience - Should have engaged in cold calling for 2-5 years (any form of outbound calling)

Brief objective of role:
- Work as a part of the Sales and Marketing Team to drive demand generation
- Introduce the company’s financial services portfolio via telephone/e-mail in order to identify potential prospects and increase the customer base.
- Individual Contributor
- This role calls for constant interaction with key stakeholders in potential customer organizations.
Therefore, this person should have sophisticated communication skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Call up prospects (and/or send out e-mails) based on guidance/script provided by the Sales teams; follow up on these emails/calls diligently without coming across as intrusive and pushy
- Create sufficient interest by these calls for leads, in order to take part in either meetings or teleconferences with our Front Sales Team
- Review with Sales on the effectiveness of the calling program and make appropriate mid-course corrections
Skills and competencies needed
- Familiarity with the capital markets space (buy side and sell side)
- Ability to take rejection in his/her stride and persist
- Ability to get new contacts from clients who are interested in what we have to offer, by a combination of good communication and presentation skills
- Strongly motivated, high degree of initiative, and result orientation
- Ability to learn in a limited period of time about the company’s financial services portfolio
- Prepared to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
- Ability to work with extended teams
- Some exposure to the financial services space is essential
- Desirable but not essential to have exposure to the outsourcing domain
