Responsibilities -
- Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics.
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
- Understand the communication needs of enterprise customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs.
- Prepare sales proposals, agreements to ensure timely sales closures.
- Managing the sales team to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular deals.
Requirements -
- 4-7 years of B2B/Enterprise software sales and 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Experience leading sales and operations in a high-growth environment across a range of customer segments.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized & hands-on
