Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing Solutions for sales performance management/incentive compensation
- Work with Onshore team on business requirements and setting up the solution accordingly
- Setup validation process
- Generate, validation and deliver regular and adhoc incentive compensation reports
- Maintain process assets (checklists, BRDs etc)
- Coordinate with US team, technology team and delivery team
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales force operations, sales analytics, reporting, incentive compensation, sales force effectiveness
- Experience in Pharma commercial/sales operations.
- Expertise in any of the languages: SQL, SAS, R
- Expertise in Excel and VBA
- Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.
- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure.
- Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work.
