We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales HR in our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. The Sales HR professional will be responsible for managing key areas of HR operations, with a focus on FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) management, attrition, and running special projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of HR practices in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
FTE Management:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to forecast workforce requirements and develop hiring plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources by monitoring and maintaining optimal FTE levels.
- Develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent to meet business objectives.
Attrition Management:
- Identify trends and patterns related to employee turnover within the sales function.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify root causes of attrition.
- Develop and implement retention strategies, such as career development plans, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to address performance or behavioral issues that may contribute to attrition
Special Projects:
- Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving sales effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Design and implement sales-focused HR initiatives, such as performance management systems, sales incentive programs, and sales training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with sales goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in sales HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused HR role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of HR practices and principles, particularly in the context of sales functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales leaders and team members.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
