Job Role :-
- Be the face of HR on all people development and human resource management issues at the unit level.
- Effective and accurate personnel administration to the unit sales/ unit office employees.
- Staff, on board, train and retain high caliber talent at frontline level.
- Effective administration, communication and clarification of policies.
- Act as trusted people champion ensuring all unit sales team members are treated fairly and respected.
- Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment at the Unit office.
- Facilitates building of an exciting and rewarding place to work
- Fosters trust and teamwork
- Regular market visits visits to ensure continuous field connect.
- Drive the sales incentive program & communication around it.
- Implement the Change Management agenda coming from BU Team.
- Continuously monitor, review & report the change management status.
- Coordinate with the C&B team on making of the offer for the new joinees and ensure smooth joining thereafter.
Driving all Core HR Processes for Unit Sales Team and Unit Office employees : PMP , People Planning processes , OHS, Manager Connect, Pulse surveys, Mandatory Trainings, skip level meetings, Vision/ Values Roll Out, celebrations etc.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR processes and with superior quality.
- Drive statutory compliance at the Unit office locations.
- Develop and implement the employee engagement calendar for the year.
- Handle all employee grievances at the unit level and work towards early resolution of the same.
