Manager HR (Sales HR) - Leading FMCG company
The objective of this role is to be a key Sales HR Manager for approx. 500 employees.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Performance & succession planning.
- Rolled out the global performance management initiative.
- Identified key resources and grooming them for upper position.
- Lead the annual merit cycle process for entire organization, coaching managers on pay for performance.
- Sales Capability strategy and instrumental in creating incentive Program for On-roll & third party sales folks.
- Work shop design and Facilitation for Leadership Development and Change Management program at Mid-level sales People Managers.
- Sales force capability building activities include: Selling Skills, Sales Manager training.
- Roll out of the Annual PEP “Performance excellence Program” for all level in sales including 3rd party employees and also training of Line Managers and People Managers on Performance Feedback & Coaching Skills.
- Talent Management strategy- partnering with the Business Head & Function Heads
- Managing Performance Management for the Sales - Trained all employees on the new system and Process.
- Lead Insurance programmes and all other benefit programmes.
- Developing and implementing global HR systems in India Factories and Sales Organization.
- Managing Annual Merit Exercise for All including factory
- Driving Engagement activities for sales and corporate offices
- Third party Management
- Streamlined processes around third party managing frontline field force.
- Improvements effected in ensuring timely completion of TSI salary and expense credit, timely completion of joining formalities, PF/ESIC forms issue, ID/visiting cards issue, quick response to queries from field etc. through continuous coordination and follow up with the third party
Your skills and experience:
- Full time MBA with at least 4-7 years of experience in Sales HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & powerpoint
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Honest and high on integrity
