Manager Sales HR (Chennai)-For leading FMCG company,

Minimum 3-6 years of experience-MBA from premier B school (2008,2009,2010)

Job profile:-

Recruitment

- Responsible for recruitment in the South Region – Channel Wise (Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Up Country) supporting region business plan in each of the channel upto L05 in the region

- Own the staffing and recruitment process end to end (manpower planning, sourcing, vendor management, On Boarding, Induction)

Performance Management

- Custodian of Performance development reviews in the region and partner with VP – Sales and Zonal Managers

- Provided HR leadership and consultation to line managers on the people-related matters impacting their business in short term and long term

- Supported in proactively building & sustaining Comapny culture and performance management

- Modified and Periodically Communicated of Sales Incentive Schemes to the sales teams

- Created Development Action Plans (CDAP/DAP) up to level 6 in sync with People Planning Process in the region

- Retention of top 20% of the sales force as a goal and had driven engagement/ rewards around this

OD Initiatives

- Worked with HIPO and HIPER employees gate to gate in the market and identify the areas of strength and improvements

- Facilitated rollout of Manager connect, Inclusion & Diversity Agenda, Organization Health Survey (OHS) and built processes to ensure that developmental areas for people managers are addressed through appropriate feedbacks /actions

- Provided insights on talent calls, promotion, R&R nominations and reach out to frontline in understanding the training needs and developmental priorities

Others

- Partnered with the BU HR & Sales HR to launch the Mission/Vision statement to the employees

- Ensured right manning & structure in sync with GTM strategy in each of ZM Locations & facilitated implementation through CE Territory Assessment Exercise in partnership with ZMs and driven improvement in productivity

- Responsible for effective roll outs of R&R programmes and execution of end to end R&R felicitation functions at the region level
