Role Title : Sales HR - (Learning & Development)
Location : Vikhroli Mumbai also near from powai as well.
Working days : 6 Days working
- Accountable for Talent Management, Organization Capability Building, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and policy creation across Sales vertical
- Strategic & Business HR for entire Sales vertical - Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect sales team.
- Manage Career development and Succession planning activities across the sales vertical for PAN India level
- Drive People Agenda in Sales team through pre-planned reach & Partners actively with business heads to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
- Competency mapping /setting up of Assessment development centres
Sales Training & Development :
- Develop capability building platform across sales to leverage lean organization and agile GTM strategies
- Formulate and implement Rewards and Recognition programs across business verticals
Desired Skill-sets :
- 5-8 years of experience into Sales HR function in FMCG/Consumer Durable industry
- Major skill sets & experience has to be Learning & Development
- Good experience into T&D, Rewards & Recognition, Business partner skills
