Sales HR - IT/ITeS

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Sales HR role based at Delhi/ NCR.

- Required experience of 10 - 15 yrs with full time MBA from ITES/ IT organisation.

Role involves:

- Responsible for handling Sales HR operations.

- Responsible for development and implementation of Design & implement Sales Incentive Schemes

- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit

- Working out various remuneration policies for Sales team
