About the client - They are an Indian MNC Lifesciences Organisation into Manufacturing and Sales of Medical Devices
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Group CHRO and Country Head you will be responsible for managing sales employees based out of the Vapi office:
- Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Taking timely decisions on managing performance, in alignment with organizational objectives
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning
- Maintain the current employee pulse among all assigned business units and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards formulation of their people management strategy
- Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans
As a successful candidate:
- 10 to 15 years years of expertise in Business Partnering in the Pharma industry
- Experience in managing Sales HR is a must have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses
- Experience in having managed a scale of 1000 plus
