- Collaborate with Strategic HR for formulation of Business Specific Plans, Budgets & Proposals

- Policy Deployment - Uniform deployment of HR Policies/Systems/Processes across Units

- Statutory Compliance and Environmental Management

HR Shared Services

- Ensuring HR Service Delivery Excellence through centralized Shared Services and extensive use of Technology for HR delivery

- Managing TA for Sales
