This position is responsible for managing entire Human Resources Function and advising and influencing the business functions on Sales HR related matters.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales function to ensure effective Business delivery by providing strategic and tactical HR solutions across both companies.
- Talent availability at all levels and ensuring zero man-day loss of sales.
- Build capability in line with business requirements.
- Design a competency framework for the function, identify ways of evaluation of employees on the same
- Drive engagement through a combination of levers of recognition, career visibility, best in class rewards and providing delight in regular role delivery.
- Build and execute effective Talent management plan to ensure key talent retention and talent availability for critical roles.
- Re-design and implement rewards proposition for Sales members with focus on Sales incentive to ensure best in class rewards.
- Drive Organization culture and values in line.
- Ensure end to end execution of employee lifecycle led processes.
- Ensure compliance of members to internal and external statutes such as Code of Conduct, POSH and workplace legal compliance.
- Control attrition and retain best talent
Skills Required:
- Must have 4-5 years of professional experience in HR in high quality work environments
