- The role entails end to end employee lifecycle activities and is aligned to the sales team.
- One of the major KPAs for this role will be to design robust and innovative incentive structures for the team.
- The individual must be an excellent communicator with very good stakeholder management skills and an astute understanding of the business needs.
- Media industry experience with full time MBA from top tier university highly preferred.
- The role holder will be responsible for driving the HR Business Partnership Agenda with focus on delivering HR Services within agreed SLAs.
- This role would be responsible for one or more Strategic Business Units (SBU) managing the entire gamut of the HR function for the unit in consideration.
- This position will carry a huge responsibility of owning the entire HR strategy and execution to enable the business to succeed.
- Position will work closely with the SBU head in formulating business specific HR strategies & initiatives needed to achieve the business unit goal financially and qualitatively.
