Role : Sales HRBP
Pointers :
- Partner with sales leadership to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support in performance management, including coaching managers on performance improvement and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor employee engagement and work with sales leaders to address any issues or concerns proactively.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze sales team data and HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends related to sales and HR, bringing innovative ideas to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, as well as industry-specific regulations.
Requirement :
Work experience : 4 to 6 years
- Preferable MBA from Tier 1 or Tier2 institutes
