Sales HR Business Partner


- Career Opportunity with a leading financial services company

- Conducts/ Facilitates specific training interventions related to Communication, HR Proce updates, HR policy refreshers, Soft Skills and Team Management etc.

- Partners with business on succession planning, and skills assessment.

- Facilitates career management programs at a Zonal level in collaboration with business managers.

- Works with the Corporate Talent Management team to identify Zonal Talent Pool and engage with them on a regular basis through various touch points.

- Driving the employee wellness agenda & ensure to partner in the initiatives.

- Maintain succession index 60% + processes & Compliance

- Implements, administers and interprets [when required] corporate policies, programs or procedures

- Ensures adherence to organizational and employee policies. Builds awareness about pol objectives and procedures

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, updating policies an procedures as necessary.

- Support managers in handling employee disciplinary actions and investigations while promoting fair and consistent practices.

- Assist in managing organizational changes, such as restructuring, leadership changes etc by providing HR expertise and guidance to minimize disruptions.

- Driving a productivity based & objectivity focused culture while also managing people agenda's & sensitive cases. employee Relations, enagement & Retention

- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and sensitive manner.

- Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.

- Conduct stay and exit interviews to gain insights into employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage attrition through 1on1 connects, employee care & other initiatives. Tight contr on top producer exits.
