This is sales HR position and will handle the regional HR business for West India
Position based at Mumbai
Product Line : IT and Telecom products like Mobile Handsets, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, speakers, accessories, etc…
Sales is only through Sales Distribution network – Channel Sales
The main KRA would be :
- Talent Acquisition : Ensure quality and timely recruitment of resources. Strategize for low cost hiring and develop alternate hiring plans for the region.
- Talent Management : Plan robust reward and recognition plan, retain best talents
- Talent Development : Capability building programmes for region, develop review mechanism, conduct talent review process and succession planning for the region.
- Talent Engagement : Action plans as per engagement scores, conduct monthly engagement activities, create communication platform
- Self Development
- Sales incentive Plans
- Working with the Sales leadership team in growing the business
