Desired Profile :
Education : Preferable post graduate in MBA / CA.
CTC : 50 to 55 Lacs
Experience : 16 - 20 years
Key Skills : - Credit risk management practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of working capital credit products
- Experience and knowledge of Team Management in financial services , preferably banking products
- Market knowledge, strong sales process delivery experience and process orientation
- Demonstrated focus on execution and implementation
- Conceptual & Analytical Skills

Key performance indicators :
- Deliver financial targets, Achieve business metrics and drivers which ensure sustainable growth
- Achieving defined annual topline and bottom line targets for the WCF
- Acquire , Retention, deepening , management of clients availing WCF products.
- Meet and achieve Product program parameters
- Credit quality and Cost of credit, regular and efficient review and monitoring process
- Overall build and lead a robust, profitable portfolio with high product holding and cross sell
- Manage and motivate a team of RMs pan India. Assist and inspire to write compelling business cases to enhance approval ratios and conversions.
- Strong working relationship, teamwork, collaboration on all aspects with BBB Regional heads and their teams
- Manage, influence, engage and co-work with Sales and Relationship Banking team to build as well as manage WCF portfolio
- Work, engage with Credit risk and Credit administration teams and management.
- Minimise exceptions and deviations and keep within the defined ratios and norms as per product program
- Monthly review of Watchlist accounts with clear account strategies, in close co-ordination with Risk
- Execute the Sales process through relationship management approach, manage and track implementation
- Execute Client coverage model & process as well as Market coverage
- Initiate and Create the Plan, Operating model, Metrics and Policy frameworks.
- Business Development: support launch of new markets, products, new segments and own client relationships
- People Management: motivation, engagement, hiring, training, incentives, performance mgmt. and employee satisfaction/loyalty.
- Work with Product Managers and heads to create enablers + product initiatives to enhance solution capability of front line.
