- Establishing and implementing the sales programs, evaluating the effectiveness of the sales programs
- Lead the company's Sales function in the region and be responsible for meeting the Revenue target for the company along with other major KPIs like Leadership development, Sponsoring, Distributor Count, Average Order, Activity etc.
