Our Client is a US$ 3 billion Indian multi-business conglomerate group with interests in financial services, healthcare and insurance.The group carved out a separate holding company for the it's real estate, packaging, labeling and lamination films and new ventures division.
As Sales Head - Thermal Films, you will be responsible for developing the domestic and international market for our products and be the driving force of the sales teams.
Locations: Delhi, Chandigarh
What you will do:
- Developing the thermal film sales strategy in line with the overall company business plan
- Delivering the overall thermal sales volume for domestic and international market as per target
- Fostering excellent customer relationships with key customers and ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring market penetration and developing new customers for thermal products
- Ensuring delivery of contribution as per defined targets as well as other key metrics like number of days outstanding
- Driving sales process orientation across the team and enforcing the discipline required around the same
- Taking up specific projects around sales process improvement, sales training etc. to enhance sales productivity
- Contributing to creating effective marketing strategies e.g. exhibitions, conferences etc. to enhance the brand image
- Managing performance of the team including regular feedback to motivate the team to perform better
- Helping to build overall capability of the team
What you need to have:
- Minimum 15 years of experience with major experience in thermal lamination/ printing etc.
- Must have an Engineering degree with MBA
- International Sales (exports) Experience is must along with domestic sales exposure
- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals
- Demonstrated success in Sales/Business management
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of market and environment in terms of competition, substitutes, threats and opportunities
- Great people development and influencing skills
- Flexible for extensive travel - Pan India
