They are into aartificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics-powered marketing platform for pre-paid mobile operators that deliver new revenue streams. they provide mobile operators the ability to market and monetise personalised services to pre-paid subscribers across mobile advertising, mobile messaging and mobile financial services.
Job Description :
- Develop and meet sales forecasts.
- Responsible for identifying new avenues and pursue telecom clients
- Ownership of Key Account(s) and achieve sales targets for Key Account Business
- Responsible for Client servicing and Account Management and making Product Enhancement as per requirements
- Periodic updates to existing customers on new products and solutions
- Ensure High CSAT on agreed SLA's
- Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
- Networks with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote certain products
- Presenting and promoting company Products and solutions to all telecom clients in the assigned region i.e. Bangladesh & Myanmar (this is subject to change).
- Help the company in its strategic sales growth plans including corporate development, M&A strategies and strategic alliances.
- Performing the role of anchoring new sales deals
- Collection of payments and follow ups with clients
- Legal documents closure with clients
- Post Sales coordination & requirement gathering
- New Customer Engagement & Agreements closure
- Project delivery & coordination with implementation team for existing operations with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
- Interaction with the key management professionals of the company regarding above.
Other Skills :
- Proven record and experience in building various sales channels
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyses sales performance metrics
- Customer service attitude with negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and communication effectively
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to set up processes/ build business from scratch
- Willing to travel extensively
