Sales Head - Power Cable (Southern Region)

Products - HT/LT/EHV/MV/XLPE/Power Cables/Control Cables

Job Brief :

- Direct and coordinate power cable vertical sales & marketing functions across Southern region.

- Liasioning with other departments for effective execution.

- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify & achieve closure of marketing opportunities.

- Responsible for complete power cable vertical sales target including budgets, policies, and operating procedures in western region.

- Responsible for developing effective marketing & sales strategy, new markets & creating a motivated team.

- Responsible for heading the sales and marketing operations at senior level

Knowledge & Skill requirement :

- Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making ability, target oriented.

- Candidates with adequate experience in dealing in Govt bodies/SEB/Utilities/PSU's

- Industry / Relevant projects & Electrical segment will be preferred

- Education : BE in Electrical / Electronics preferable
