We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vertical Sales Head to lead our sales efforts within the colleges and universities vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within this specific sector. This role involves managing a sales team, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for colleges and universities, including short-term and long-term goals, market penetration, and revenue growth.

- Identify opportunities and trends within the education sector that can be leveraged for sales.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in colleges and universities, including academic institutions, department heads, and administrators.

- Establish partnerships and collaboration opportunities with educational institutions.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.

- Analyze customer needs and preferences to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.

Sales Targets:

- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds goals.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
