JD:
- To develop and lead the delivery of a India sales strategy for the company, delivering agreed sales and revenue targets for all business verticals.
- To lead and drive sales teams across India geography ensuring delivery of agreed sales and recognition targets.
- Ensuring India sales team has clear direction, focus, targets and accountability.
- Ensure high sustained customer satisfaction in all engagements where services get delivered
- To evaluate competitor activity, market information and client and test taker feedback, feeding back in to sales strategies
- Regular reporting keeping management appraised of performance versus plan is in place.
- Understand emerging trends and prepare the organisation to build needed capabilities to ensure future readiness
- Be the company's spokesperson at industry conferences & events; evangelize the portfolio with industry analyst
- Ability to pass market and customer feedback to delivery and practice teams
- Build a competent sales & account team to support high growth trajectory; drive best practices in sales teams including governance structures
- Drive penetration: increase width and depth of coverage with number of business units and locations
- Ensure market sensing for new opportunities including channel partnerships, alliances with other companies in the eco-system; industry benchmarking and competitive landscaping.
