Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and driving company P&L and targets
- Working in sync with teams and departments across functions to expand revenue opportunities and brand footprint
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights, driving Brand Strategy and communication
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Responsible to work closely on brand development strategy, user branding strategy, brand positioning and optimization of brand image and creatives
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best industry practices to build successful strategies
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaign across channels (web, social media, broadcast etc.) to ensure our products meet customers- expectations and to build the credibility of the brand
- Point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis and influencer campaigns
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to maximize business development opportunities
Education:
- Graduate business degree or bachelor's degree
- MBA/ Master's degree in Marketing or General Management
Experience/Work Background:
- The successful candidate should have minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing in Digital Media/Content Industry
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements and their business sales.
