Role : Sales Head
Location : Bangalore or Mumbai
Experience : 10 to 15 Years
Education : MBA - (Premium Institutes Preferred)
Industry : Staffing and Recruitment
Domain : Information Technology AND/OR Automotive Preferred
Business Leadership :
- This role will be responsible for Scaling up the Sales Head for the organization. The position reports to the Senior Partner of the company.
- Strong Business Development Experience Local and Global and proven track record of the same.
- Will be responsible for taking P&L ownership of the business.
- Top Management Client facing capabilities
- Sound knowledge of the working landscape competition of the Sales industry and good client connections.
- Preferably someone who has handled the sales in a regional or national role with the potential to grow into a business head role
- Being well-versed with IT Technology and Automotive related RPO business would be desirable.
- Establish, Generate & Foster new partnerships and build a sales organization.
- Building a business ecosystem by identifying and forging strategic partnerships/ in-house capacity development.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the base.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region.
- Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to its area of responsibility and help the Company performance.
- A key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use.
Desired Profile :
- Graduate/PG with 10 to 15 years of aggressive Business Development and Client acquisition experience. Only professionals from the Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered. Prior experience in sales is a must.
- Strong sales orientation with thorough market insights.
- Leadership abilities and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills.
