JOB TITLE: SALES HEAD
We all know that, a sales plan is only as good as the people who use it. A Sales Head is expected to not only ideate and analyse sales plans but also create a winning team of professional extroverts and not hesitate to carry the bag themselves.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
1. Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in our industry.
2. Overseeing and managing a team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area.
3. Identifying valuable emerging markets.
4. Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
5. Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
6. Maximising company profit.
7. Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
8. Forming sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative.
JOB LOCATION : BKC, Mumbai.
CTC : 12-18 lakhs p.a.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
EDUCATION :
Sales and Marketing - MBA, Sales Management, Business Administration, Masters in Sales and Communication, Real Estate Management or any equivalent field from a reputed university.
EXPERIENCE : 3.5 years + (Preferably in Commercial Real Estate)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : Experience in B2B Sales, Commercial Real Estate, Strategy Making, Business Planning and Development, Marketing Analytics
