Role Profile – Head –Sales

Role Overview
- The Head- Sales would be responsible for managing all the sales functions of the company.
- The person would ensure successful accomplishment of set business targets, customer acquistion , sales revenue management and driving the value propositionidentifying prospective retail & corporate clients, & developing them to achieve sales closure.
- He would also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships for the companywith the partner.
Desired Profile:
- Must be an MBA/PGDBA (Sales & Marketing) from a reputed institute with a minimum experience of 15 years and demonstrated career progression to senior roles.
- Age 40 – 45 years
- Customer centricity, customer sensitivity, effective communication, relationship building skills.
- Must be from construction or real estate business.
- Exposure to real estate design and development firms essential
- Must be a matured professional with a long-term vision and focus.
- Energetic, assertive and have the ability to work wellunder pressure.
- High on enthusiasm & result-orientation.
- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals across locations is required.
- Strong inter-personal skills & ability to work with diverse group of people.
- Strong sales management experience
- Experience of sales operations and sales management systems
- Excellent negotiation & objection management skills – as well as be able to drive the pricing
Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall sales function of the company, its projects and sales targets.
- Driving motivated & experienced sales managers from varied backgrounds to deliver sales targets in line with the company strategy.
- Developing methodologies for market analysis and conceptualizing effecting sales strategies to tap corporate clientele for premium segment residential and commercial products.
- Guiding team members and fostering team building.
- Formulating operating budgets of the sales team towards the accomplishment of overall corporate goals.
- Play a key role in at various levels of customer engagement till delivery.
- Excellent ability to develop customer connect and customer trust
- Training subordinates to To develop requisite skills in team ; conducting trainings on understanding of products, as well as aspects around selling skills, lead prospecting and closing sales skills.
