We have the following requirement with MNC Financial Services Firms in Mumbai
Head of Sales - PAN India
The incumbent will be responsible for the following processes for :
1) Responsible for managing a Pan-India team of direct sales, inside sales and pre-sales with the Regional Sales Managers reporting into this position
2) Meeting sales targets through new logos acquisition for Cross Channel Marketing Automation platform and consulting and creative services
3) Maintain a healthy product mix to be aligned with EBIT budgets
Required skills
1) Proven Software sales track record with strong credentials in the market
2) High level of integrity in sales process adherence and quality of new client on-boarding
3) Experience of managing inside sales and pre-sales teams for software sales will be a plus
4) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation
5) Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation
6) Outgoing personality high on learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
Education :
MBA Marketing with 12 - 15 yrs of experience + from reputed institutes preferred preferably from IT Product companies / Software Development Companies
