- Lead the sales efforts for offering clearing services to Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), with a focus on key markets including the US, Singapore, and the Middle East.
- Conduct client development conversations and establish strong relationships with FPI clients.
- Carry out market and industry research to identify opportunities and trends in the clearing services sector.
- Iterate on product-value propositions with live clients to achieve product-market fit and meet client needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, growth, and sales, as well as other departments, to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all sales activities.
- Oversee travel across jurisdictions to engage with clients and key stakeholders.
Qualification:
- CA or MBA from a reputable institute.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Quick and aggressive personality with a strong command over job responsibilities.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Prior experience in clearing house or institutional equity sales preferred.
- Stable and experienced professional capable of driving business according to management guidelines.
