- Female Candidates apply, Preferably BE (Preferably, Electrical / Electronics) + MBA From Premier Institutes or else Graduates / Post Graduates from premier Institutes with excellent Communication skills both verbal as well written and proven experience in leading teams and stakeholder management across both internal and external including global stakeholders. 


- The profile should possess a blend of strong skills & exposure in P&L management for a transactional business and strategic thinking capabilities & experience in solution selling space.

Responsibilities include :

1. Design and execute mid to long term strategy for the end user segments in line with the growth objectives.

2. Work on short term to medium term operational strategy keeping in view long term growth strategy.

3. Define an overall solution, go to market vision, positioning, strategy.

4. Operationalize and deploy strategy by translating it into business plans and specific actions

5. Define and implement the strategy for the OEM segment and explore new opportunities in the Segment to drive aggressive growth targets. Understand micro and macro economics and their impact to the OEM business. Implement business plans in line with business objectives.

6. Set-up the segment marketing resources and define the unique customer value propositions for the OEM segment. Build and deploy segment plans (growth ambition + business transformation)

7. Analyse market dynamics, tops down and bottoms up market estimation, vertical segmentation and analysis, growth sectors, focus products & sales feedback to management

8. Set up the sales objective for the segment - define, formalize and communicate the sales strategy & processes. Manage the solutions selling opportunity portfolio and pipeline for the segment

9. Develop an excellent base of Key Accounts, identify, retain and convert accounts, ensure optimal service and support deliverable s for business growth. Ensure global dashboard reporting. Customer Accounts pipeline Management

10. Product Launch, Pricing, Positioning, Life cycle management, Competitor Information and analysis, Product Promotion and Publicity
