Job Description & KRAs

- Establish and manage SME structured product vertical

- Establish sourcing channels

- Initiate sourcing of various structured products backed by property for SME

- To manage end-to-end process viz, structuring, negotiating term sheet, credit appraisal, documentation and disbursement fund based structured finance as per credit and operations guidelines

- To liaise with Credit and Risk on deals sourced

- Ensure MOM portfolio growth as per business plan
