The candidate will be expected to own a P&L of the South region comprising of 3-4 independent centers and lead a team spread across locations. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills that contribute to the organization's success.
Role Responsibilities :
- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centers. End-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & overall customer NPS
- Drive CXO level sales
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities.
- Stakeholder management
- Hunting, Farming & Account management
Experience :
- 11-18 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, and Operations in B2B space.
- Consultative sales experience & CXO level sales experience would be required.
- Excellent communication & people management skills.
- Should have led large teams.
- P&L Management.
- Should have worked in South India and be familiar with the local ecosystem.
Education : B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
