Job Role:

Sales Head (Domestic Market)

Experience Required:

- 8+ yrs of experience in software product sales

Job Specification:

- Experience of handling a team. Involved in sales of software products Candidates responsible for selling of Enterprise cloud based solutions like CRM, HCM & PMAM Smart Select (Recruitment solution)

Mandatory required –

- Experience in IT software product Sales.

Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established

- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

- Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms

- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.

- Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.

- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description:-

1) Handling a team of business development executives

2) Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling IT Products with shorter sales cycles to C-Level executives with large accounts

- Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls to new account holders, and cold calling.

3) Develops relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume.

4) Organize Webinar and other marketing initiatives and invite potential customers to prospect for new business.

5) Presenting and demonstrating products.

6) Gathering market and customer information.

7) Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably a Management Graduate or Diploma in Business Management.
