Role: Sales Head - India & APAC
Key Responsibilities
- Devising Unbxd’s go market plan for their platform / products in India and APAC.
- He \ She will be responsible for making inroads and building relationships into eCommerce and online retail companies in the specified geographies
- Responsible for building, developing and leading the sales organization for these regions.
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets of multiple products / platforms.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Leading the sales strategy and build upon the current market momentum with existing and new customers and vertical markets.
- Contributing actively to product improvements through customer feedback and proactively anticipating market needs.
- Develop, nurture and strengthen relationships with key functional and business unit leaders to identify new opportunities and grow the company.
- Recruit, train, develop, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, who will deliver high standards of sales services across all identified markets and service lines.
KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Enterprise Selling – Selling to Online Retail / eCommerce is a definite plus.
- Ability and willingness to be an individual contributor with demonstrated ability in hiring, managing and building high performing sales team in future.
- Consumer Insight - Understanding of consumer mindset, across locations
- Must have start up interest and start up company fit - comfort with fast pace, need to be hands on and comfort with ambiguity.
