Sales Head for a reputed technology consulting and digital security company with it's presence in India, GCC, and Europe.
Location: Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:.
Sales Strategy and Execution:.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in target markets, including India, the Middle East, and other global regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network within the IT industry.
Solutions Sales:.
- Lead the sales process for IT solutions, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to design and present solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ensure a deep understanding of Swaran Soft's portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Bidding and RFP Management:.
- Oversee the entire bidding process for Request for Proposals (RFPs), including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Manage timelines and ensure compliance with all client requirements and company standards.
Product and Service Sales:.
- Drive sales for our portfolio of IT products, services, and software platforms including:.
- Custom App Development.
- AI and Machine Learning Services.
- Cloud Infrastructure Solutions.
- Low-Code and No-Code Platforms (e. g. , OutSystems).
- Digital Transformation Consulting.
- Cyber Security Services.
- Managed IT Staffing.
Team Leadership:.
- Lead, manage, and expand the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous training and development opportunities.
Market Analysis and Business Development:.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the company's market presence.
Revenue Growth and Financial Management:.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly in digital transformation and AI.
- At least 5 years of prior experience working in the Middle East market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in solutions sales and managing RFP processes.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Experience with managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
