Role and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e., manage the overall Business Development process of sales.

- In depth sales knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain and information security) solutions and products.

- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.

- Train and mentor new joiners.

- Set up a team of high performing individuals and hone their sales skills.

- Respond strategically in customer settings, "listen" and determine client's business needs.
