Sales Head
Duties of the Sales Head include :
- Responsible for the design and implementation of the short and long term Strategic Sales Plan ultimately approved by the Board. The plan should include strategic and operational goals.
- Using internal and external market research data to consider all market forces and to mitigate risk from the Strategic Sales Plan.
- Designing and controlling all day to day aspects of the sales process; recruitment, discipline, training and development, motivation, incentives, performance management and KPIs, communication / feedback and CRM use of sales tools etc.
- Responsible to design Ops Structure for Sales function of Organisation.
- Designing Incentive Sales plans.
- P&L & Revenue Responsibility
- Providing regular and reliable sales and profit forecasts to the board relating to budgets with all corrective actions planned.
- Managing PAN India & International Sales.
- Reporting to COO.
Requirements of the role :
- Successful experience in working effectively with senior management and securing sales / profit results and strategic goals versus targets and in accordance with the sales plan.
- Ability to monitor results with a dashboard of indicators to ensure positive and negative corrections can be made in a timely manner.
- Disciplined, decisive and innovative mind to be able to avoid or get around blocks and maximize market opportunities.
- Should have number orientation.
- Should be good in follow-ups.
