Job Description :

- The position will be responsible for assuming leadership of the entire sales and marketing organisation for our client in their Industrial Automation Business.

The position will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to work closely with the Manufacturing clients to solution for robotic and automation technologies.

Description

The key responsibilities for this position are:

- Heading the entire sales and business development for the organisation

- Leading, motivating and driving the entire BD and Sales Team to reach monthly and annual targets

- Delivering YOY revenue growth for the organisation

- Net New Logos on boarded

- Strategise and implement long term and short term plans for organisation's growth

Profile

A successful candidate for the position will have:

- Experience of 15 to 25 years in the Industrial automation space

- Expertise required in the field of Industrial Management, production and operations

- Engineering degree in the field of CSE, Electrical or Electronics engineering. MBA in the field of M&S/Ops is a must have

- Education from institutions of repute

- Extensive experience in team Handling

- Experience of handling a revenue of Rs 200-300 Cr/Annum
