As the Sales Head, you will spearhead our entry into diverse markets-from QSRs and cloud kitchens demanding high automation and standardization, to premium hospitality venues valuing gourmet quality. You'll lead a multifaceted team that includes pre-sales, culinary collaborations, and customer support. Beyond meeting sales targets, your role will involve fostering innovative approaches to demonstration-driven sales and shaping the market narrative around the product's unparalleled advantages.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Penetration with focus on meeting targets: Develop compelling pitches and customized solutions for various segments-ensuring each audience recognizes unique cost, labor, and sustainability benefits.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a robust sales force. Oversee pre-sales efforts, ensure a smooth handover to customer support, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to fulfill post-sale menu requirements.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Embrace fresh ideas, from interactive demos to collaborative pop-ups with culinary experts. Champion a culture of out-of-the-box thinking to accelerate adoption.
- Data-Driven Insights: Formulate hypotheses around energy savings, operational efficiencies, and kitchen ergonomics. Use real-world performance metrics to refine sales strategies and demonstrate quantifiable value to clients.
- Customer Journey Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle-from initial trial units to full-scale rollouts-ensuring consistent customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Excellence: Experience in B2B/B2C sales, particularly in hospitality, F&B technology, or related tech sectors.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, introducing novel sales approaches and outreach methods.
- Team-Oriented Leader: Track record of attracting top talent, nurturing a high-performance culture, and integrating cross-functional teams.
