What is expected from you-

Lead the Sales & Marketing for the Company.

- Responsible for the expansion by adding partners at Pan India Level.

- To persistently chase and effectively achieve sales & business development targets, as set by the Company.

- Lead and be involved with the Operation team for the successful on boarding of the partners. Be open towards participating in each activity of the company.

- Experience in Selling the eCommerce & IT service model.

- Demonstrate the quality of a Leader and lead by example.

- Fixing appointments with clients and holding meetings to convince for on-boarding.

- To persistently chase and effectively achieve sales and business development targets, as set by team leader.

- Lead and be involved in merchant on-boarding activities.

- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection to achieve the target.

- Maintaining Area Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Sales / Business Head of the city

- Allocating targets and calculating incentives for the sales team

- Hire to build the team at Pan India Level.

- Acquiring and managing critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing

Must Have : Good Client relationship in Health Care Industry of Delhi & Mumbai

The ideal candidate :

Experience : 2 to 10 yrs

- Good knowledge of e-commerce and online business models.

- Enthusiastic about sales with a convincing attitude.

- Outstanding communication, comprehension and analytical skills.

- Resourceful individual who is pro-active and independent.

- Pleasant attitude with a 'nothing is impossible' mind-set.

- Basic computer and operational MS Office knowledge.

Compensation : Incentive and ESOP ( as per the capability )
