Job Description

- Lead and grow a super-achiever team of pre-sales and sales folks, and own the overall P&L of the company.

- Work closely with the founders. to create a GTM and strategise business expansion in existing or new charters.

Client Details

Our client is a well funded SAAS product company, which helps organisations in organising virtual conferences, summits and trade-shows, and drive ROI through the same. They are backed by marquee investors from the VC circle.

Description

- Drive the over-all revenue for the organisation both in domestic and global markets

- Lead an existing team spanned across functions of pre-sales, IS, SDRs, Outbound and Enterprise, to achieve business objectives, and also actively hire for his / her team

- Build the annual operating plan and resourcing plan to scale the business

- Manage all communication directly / indirectly with leads till sales closure including presentations, product demos and negotiations.

- Partner with the product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to customers

- Identify key competitors and partners in the existing / nascent markets, and build and execute a GTM encompassing the same.

Profile

- Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in SAAS / ERP sales with proven over-performance track record

- At least 6 years of experience in building and leading sales teams

- Prior experience in selling in the Global markets, and specifically Americas is a must

- Experience in technology and emerging / early stage products

- A sales hustler with prior experience of 0 to 1 and 1 to 10
