Sales Head - GCC (Global Capability Center) - Testing Services

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, with a strong focus on GCCs and Testing Services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Head - GCC to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for our Testing Services business. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong network within GCCs, expertise in software testing, QA, automation, and digital assurance, and the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition: Drive sales and expand our presence in the GCC market, targeting BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and other verticals.

- Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, QA Heads, and Engineering Leaders to position our testing services as a strategic asset.

- Solution Selling: Understand client testing needs, propose QA, automation, performance testing, and security testing solutions, and drive consultative sales.

- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Identify emerging trends in testing, AI-driven automation, DevOps testing, and cybersecurity, and develop go-to-market strategies.

- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution: Define and execute a structured go-to-market strategy for selling testing services to GCCs.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to accelerate market penetration.

- Sales Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and deal closures.

Key Requirements:

- Industry Expertise: 8+ years in Enterprise Sales / Business Development / Account Management, specifically in Software Testing, QA, or Digital Assurance.

- GCC Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling IT services, particularly testing services (manual, automation, performance, security, DevOps testing, etc.) to GCCs.

- Consultative Sales & CXO Engagement: Ability to engage and influence C-suite leaders in GCCs on QA transformation strategies.

- Tech & Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Agile/DevOps testing, AI-based test automation, cloud-based testing, and security compliance. Strong Network: Existing relationships with key decision-makers in GCCs across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

- Target-Driven & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in achieving multimillion-dollar sales quotas and growing accounts.

- Preferred: Experience in working with testing service providers, IT consulting firms, or product engineering companies.
