- All sales activities Pan India.
- Ownership in respect to all P&L
- Focus on planning, stargazing, managing and driving the entire sales activity.
- Create Regional and National Marketing campaigns targeting various segments of schools
- Develop and manage Direct-Marketing, Lead Acquisition Process.
- Meeting the sales / collection targets
- Controlling topline and bottomline activities
- Planning growth and expansion
- Marketing strategy
- Monitoring competitors activities
Candidate Profile:
- A high caliber MBA with 15 plus years of prior experience in sales function. Preferably having experience in K12 segment
- He / She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment
